A Little Bit About Me...
I am a certified RKC Kettlebell Instructor and a Spinal Care Specialist. Over the last several years I’ve completed certifications as an ACE-Certified Person Trainer, Chek Practitioner (Posture and Spinal Care), Chek Holistic Lifestyle Coach, and an RKC Kettlebell Instructor.
Born
and raised on the beaches of Australia, I moved to Southern California
to start my career in fitness. When I discovered kettlebells, I was
instantly hooked. I was getting bored with my workouts and wanted
something new, when along came this crazy Russian training tool…and it
kicked my butt!! It was tougher than any boot camp I had ever seen, and
way more fun. I found that I could give my clients twice the workout in
half the time and make it easy for them to train at home as well.
Kettlebells
were my fitness calling and I haven’t looked back since. I currently
hold several weekly kettlebell classes in a private gym in Newport
Beach. I try to never repeat the same workout, but find new, powerful
ways to maximize the sessions. The exercises you can do with a
kettlebell are literally limitless. I love pushing those limits, coming
up with new exercises and keeping my clients on their toes. The results
I have seen are incredible.
With my clientele continuing to grow, an instructional DVD seemed like the next logical step. It’s the best way I can think of to share the benefits of kettlebells with everyone. I have seen such a drastic change in so many bodies and so many lives, I want to extend to as many people as possible.
With the success of the DVD, a lot of people had questions regarding diet. I’m not a nutritionist, but I’ve shared diet tips with my clients for years and I know what works. Sharing my recipes came naturally.
There is a lot more to come and I am excited about the road ahead. This is only the beginning. Kettlebells are here to stay and I’m ready to do my part in leading the way.
