Curry is the spice to remember and include in your diet. It acts as a preventive against the onset of skin cancer. It is widely known that cultures that have curry has a regular part of their diet have significantly lower rates of skin cancer than those cultures that don't.

chocolate is rumored to be bad for skin, as is junk food (chips, etc.) however, i think eating anything in moderation is fine.
strawberries, salmon, and yogurt (especially greek yogurt) are really good for skin. here's some more foods that are good for your skin!
