" ACAM believes that an integrative-medicine based healthcare system would be most effective in creating true healthcare reform." I agree, it is the only way. But is this being discussed with any seriousness at the government level? What level of integrative medicine, wellness, education on true health care, and prevention, are being included in this huge bill that no one has read in its entirety, and continues to be modified (yesterday I read student college loans were tacked onto it, how does this relate to health care? Is it buying the support of a demographic - buying "the love" as it were??)

The media reports lead me to believe the entire discussion this past year does two things, neither of which relate to actual health:

1) Support the insurance companies' hold on the states (in CA, for example, out of hundreds of companies nationwide, we can only choose from 6!! With no competition, how can anyone believe we are really getting the best rates for "health care"?)

2) Allow federal control of an enormous section of the economy - 1/6 of the GNP, if the reports I hear in the media are accurate!

Does anyone at ACAM, or any Integrative medical supporters who read this blog, have any other insights?

Dentists Roseville

In my own opinion, it should be the utmost priority of leaders. They are liable of their own citizens that is why there is really a need to have health insurances such as dental and medical, in order that the countrymen will work effectively and productively. :)

This post really makes you
think about how certain problems require that you do quite a bit of research before
finding "good data" that will answer a question in part or provide part of the solution.
